Hi, I’m Karen

My work is in supporting other professional women who feel stuck juggling the relentless responsibilities of life and home and want to restore balance and well-being. As a coach and previously working for an international NGO, I see time and time again the constant work and life demands that professional women, like myself, wrestle with daily. I wish that I had received guidance to recognise the importance of my own health and well-being, to see that I needed to make changes to my lifestyle choices and adopt a more balanced sustainable wellness plan to be at my best.

As our working lives progress and the pace of change continues, coaching is becoming even more vital in providing people with time to evaluate their thinking and approach. My practical and highly personalised one-to-one coaching blends guidance on nutrition, movement and rest with career and leadership coaching. It is a twin track offering of both.

Together, I help my clients to create a sustainable lifestyle plan to support wellness and improve optimal performance for long-term success.
